A world of inspiration
I lived in Italy for most of my life, I like to travel, I’ve lived in England for two years, and I often travel to the Netherlands. I love Asian food and I am curious about many other traditional cuisines. In time I learned to value plant-based ingredients and mastered the art of replacing animal products to achieve healthier meals. As a result, the unique combination of these wonderful experiences has influenced my cooking style. Now I would like to share it with you, hoping it will be useful. And tasty!
